Stafford Armstead is the creator of the award-winning FYIW program. He has several years of experience as a project manager, facilitator, youth speaker. He has served as a leader in various areas including developing and implementing various programs at the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, Project Discovery, and the Community Action Program. Having served thousands of youth and their families he is very aware of their needs. Since1997, he has conducted over 100 FYIW Workshops.

Nichole Armstead is the co-creator of the FYIW program. Nichole has a degree in mass communications and experience as a public speaker and youth facilitator. She has worked with youth through the Boys & Girls Clubs, Juvenile Detention Center, and Junior Achievement by encouraging and teaching youth to lead positive lives. Particularly, she focuses on young women and their self -esteem needs concerning, relationships and womanhood.
